Peekay is an Alternative Rock act that started originally in Hyderabad, India. With a distinctively heavy and melodic sound - the 4 piece act took the Indian Rock scene by storm very quickly. Being one of the only female-led heavy acts from the country, the band has received much recognition for their electrifying live performances, songwriting, music videos and the way they capture the human experience through their songwriting. Following the release of their debut album “Starlight” which brought the act a lot of attention, they followed it up with a heavier sound with their single “Horizon” in 2023. Slowly becoming a more internationally recognised act, in 2024, Peekay teamed up with American Rap/Rock legends, Flipsyde and released an energy-packed Rock single with frontman Steve Knight titled “Running”. Peekay is now focused on building a more progressive and heavy sound and just released a single called Merciless this July.
