Antipolar is a german producer and dj based in Bonn. As he was raised in the 90s and 2000s, it’s clearly audible he soaked up the colorful influences of those decades, but, through music, likewise of primal eras. With his idea of musical esthetic, he always rejected too harsh or stressful sounds, but, never the less, fell in love with the impulsive and uplifting, yet repetitive and trancelike spirit of techno. His interpretation is diverse, often melodic, always driving, yet mostly mellow. Driven by his nostalgic view on electronic music, his production process is a back and forth between creatively capturing musical expressions, and operating in technical precision, based on his background of studying music production. Meticulous as a producer, playful as a performer. Expect to be taken on a journey of power, rhythm and harmony.
