Taking inspiration from luminaries such as Kurt Elling, Christian Wiggs is a vocalist, bandleader, lyricist, producer, director, artist manager, educator and founder of Bandstand Presents.  Wiggs has become an established artist having performed on prolific stages across the country including Birdland Jazz Club, Blue Note, Dizzy's Club (Jazz at Lincoln Center), SXSW Music Festival, Vibrato Grill Jazz, Sam First and The 1905. Christian has shared the stage with acclaimed musicians such as Benny Benack III, Bryan Carter, Steven Feifke, Martina DaSilva, Chad Lefkowitz-Brown, Lauren Sevian, Bijon Watson, Alexa Tarantino, Danny Jonokuchi, Summer Camargo, Troy Roberts and Jennifer Wharton. In addition to collaboration, Christian serves as artist management for Tony Award-winning drummer and orchestrator Bryan Carter. Wiggs has released three studio albums, serves as the host and producer of “Off The Bandstand” and has produced records for GRAMMY Award winner Steven Feifke, Emmy nominated Benny Benack III and Kate Kortum. Off stage, Christian serves as an active producer and director, his work behind the camera being featured by Playbill, ABC News, NPR Live Sessions, and WRTI 90.1.
