Azuka, Peter, Igwe AKA DJ Showbiz is a talented West African singer, songwriter and performer based in South Africa. His love for music began at a tender age, which formed a remarkable deal of encouragement and recognition from friends, family and other artists. DJ Showbiz's highly percussive and melodic tunes are made for dancing and romancing. He incorporates various styles to deliver an original and authentic sound. Active since 2007 Dj Showbiz, is a rising star, whose vocal ability is nothing short of amazing. He is currently one of the fastest rising Nigerian entertainers in the music industry. In 2010 DJ Showbiz met record producer and recording artist; Mechelystic and together they recorded several tracks. In 2015 they released collaborative projects, namely, 'I Dey Thank God', 'You Don't Know Me' and „Wetin I Go Do'. Fast forward to 2019 DJ Showbiz released his debut EP titled "Calling" (a 4 track project) 2022 "Simple Boy" & "Where You Dey' Though the vast majority of DJ Showbiz‟s output his music has been squarely Afrobeat, some of it has ventured into booming and relatively skeletal Afro House and Afro Beats, raising him to his stardom.
