Born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and raised in Aurora, Colorado, Mekdes Moudjeh has had a passion for music since she was a little girl. At the age of 2, Mekdes started singing and since then hasn’t stopped. Over the years, her passion for music has always continued to grow and as an artist she has always found ways to learn more about what her artistry and voice could do. Mekdes aspires to be an artist one day and allow for her voice and music to create change and a better world. She also dreams of providing performing arts institutions in her home country to allow children who resemble her to accomplish their dreams.
