My name DeAngelo Aka Soloe Gee 28yrs old Born and raised in Los Angeles,Ca. I’m a Westcoast HipHop/R&B Rapper. I’ve been doing music since I was around the age of 15 yes old. My biggest inspiration to doing music came from Nate dogg from Dog pound and Tupac Shakur listening to them is what helped me develop my style of rap today, Which is mellow and hardcore in the same style with a 90’s vibe.What inspired me to begin creating music was after serving time incarcerated and being shot due to gang violence even though I am not a gang member, made me sit down and realize how easy it is for a Black male living in L.A to fail, especially after my cousin whom I begin doing music with is fighting a 25 to life sentence made me kind of go tunnel vision into creating music. I actually love when people tell me I “Can’t” or it’s impossible for me to achieve anything because it challenges me to go for it even stronger.Growing up in church is when I first fell in love with music and I started to write little remix’s to certain gospel songs and from there on I never seized.
