Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, the start of Lance's musical journey was more spontaneous rather than planned. Whether it was beginning to sing at nine years old, teaching himself the piano in high school, or deciding to create at the age of sixteen; A simple enjoyment rapidly arose to a deep-rooted passion. The kind of passion that is hugely influenced by his personal upbringing, a period of turbulent circumstances. And one that has shaped the person he has become. After releasing his debut album Solitude in 2020, during a time of disorder and conflict, Lance is ready for where his musical journey takes him next. He is prepared to expand his horizons, pushing himself to never be comfortable with complacency. He may not be able to attest to the full scope of his identity; Whether that being a nihilistic genius from the slums, or simply a fucking idiot.
