DJ/Producer JISM (AKA Dejj) quickly gained notoriety following performances with artists like Tory Lanez, Murda Beatz, Major Lazer, and more. Born Akindeji Kehinde in South London borough of Lewisham but the streets of Lagos, Nigeria-raised JISM. Influenced by afro-beats and dance battles, JISM got hooked to Dj'ing and production during Secondary School. Continuing his academic pursuit at the University of Toronto, JISM continued to DJ as well as organize various events and parties at Universities across Canada. Having honed his abilities to recognize great music and curate great sounds through digital ep's, mixes, and remix compilations. Growing recognition from DJing alongside A-list artists in the industry in Canada, the transition to a producer came gradually. In 2019, he produced "Fleas" by A.Beeb ft Maison2500.
