Gorilla Culture is UK based DJ/Producer duo Ollie Weeks and Chris Watson. Chris and Ollie have come together to push a new unique sound in dance music; hard hitting, bass heavy and ridiculous at times. Making a statement against the constant stream of predictable 'Korg M1 Organ Remixes' currently being hammered on dance floors and across the airwaves, Gorilla Culture are here to cause some damage. They had their first track signed to Birmingham based record label 'Urban Dubz' and 'Uzi' started waves in the underground bassline music scene. Shortly Gorilla Culture were shot into the spotlight after remixing the viral BBC 1xtra Fire In The Booth from Michael Dapaah, know by many as 'The Ting Goes'. The remix hit half a million plays online in a matter of days and brought attention to the duo's other remixes, bootlegs and originals.
