Ludvig is a swedish music composer, producer and sound designer. As a composer, he works mainly with theatre and film. He is educated at “The Academy of music & drama” in Guthenburg. As a response to learning to play the piano, Ludvig started out by banging on the keys of the family piano with spoons and sticks and soon realized that drumming and rhythms are far more interesting than melodies and scales. Even though he later gained a greater respect for the traditional usage of the piano, he never lost his experimental side of dealing with different instruments and sounds. By starting to fiddle around with computers and studio-gear he found the perfect platform for combining these elements.Through his career, Ludvig has always been putting a lot of effort in embracing different fields of inspiration into his music while exploring his constant search for balance in life. In his early teen he started to remix and create mash-ups of songs that he liked which later naturally developed into deejaying at local spots and producing own material, mainly club-oriented techno and house. In 2007 he released his first EP “Splinter” which reached top 50 all time techno tracks on “dj download”. followed by several releases as “Ludwig S” & “Wigflip” on labels like “Comfortably Numbed” & “Mind Field Records” among others.
