"“MONKY” Real name: Shinya Ienaga Sax player/composer/arranger from Kobe, Japan. In 1993, he formed the BLACK BOTTOM BRASS BAND, a brass band based on the New Orleans style. Since its major label debut in 1996, the band has released 24 albums and toured Japan and abroad for live performances and workshops, and has performed at many large outdoor festivals such as Fuji Rock Fes and Rising SunRock Fes. He will start his solo career in 2020. In 2022, he formed EXOTIC SKATES, which became the talk of the town after a series of successful events in the Kansai region.
