Orchestral Americana. Erica Swindell is a Brooklyn based actor, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. A native Texan, her introduction to the music world began at the age of 3 through classical violin. She joined her first Country band as a fiddle player and vocalist at the age of 12 and began to incorporate different genres to her classical training. After her Texas years, she made her Broadway debut in the musical ONCE in 2013 and went on to tour the world with the First National Tour of ONCE. During this time, Swindell was spotted by Don Henley of the Eagles and joined his band as violinist and backing vocalist. Currently, Swindell is the concert master for the 44 piece orchestra backing the Eagles “Hotel California 2020” tour.
