Born and raised in Brooklyn, JJ grew and played on the grounds of East flatbush. She found ways to show her talent through writing poetry and acting. Writing poetry was an escape for her when she didn't understand certain events that took place in her life. She then grew to understand she wanted to be a superstar but rapping wasn't in her plans until she realized it was something she was good at. She has been influenced by musical artist that her mom would always play at home. She listened to Mariah Carey, Micheal Jackson, 50 cent, Eve,Missy Elliot,Biggie,Lil Kim, Beyonce and so on. JJ has her own style and unique sound that she express through her music. She Raps her fun lifestyle and experiences.
