Former accomplished college baseball star, Drake Atlee, grew up listening to Disco, R&B, Funk & 90's EDM, knowing from a young age that he had a thing for dance music. As he transitioned from sports to music full time in 2018, he grew inspired by the sounds of European house and deep house, incorporating everything from 70's funk and groove to minimal and tech house into his repertoire. As his knowledge of music expanded, he co-founded Top Shelf Disco, an LA-based music & events company that has now transformed into a Record Label. The self-taught DJ and Producer has spent the last two years hosting and DJing parties at local hotspots- the W Hotel, Skybar, EP&LP, Nameless Nightclub and the infamous Sound Nightclub. Enthusiastic, passionate and determined, Atlee has harnessed the focused energy he exercised in his baseball career to carry over into his music career and credits the sport for giving him such a tireless work ethic.
