Bradley Marcus is an electronic musician from Denver Colorado. His sound lies somewhere in between electronic, alternative, and a bit of pop. Moody, dark, and emotional are often used to describe it. At the young age of 7 he was introduced to electronic music. "My parents got divorced in 2000, and my Dad found electronic music as a way to raise his spirits. When we would see him for things like spring break and summer vacation, we'd alI pile into the family jeep and go on road trips. He would pop in CDs like Paul Oakenfold's "A Voyage Intro Trance" and other compilations like "Best of Trance 2000." He would play them on repeat as we traveled across the country. This was how I was introduced to electronic music. These times are some of my favorite growing up. It's always been a big part of who I am." Influenced by European artists he quickly drew a love for the genre. Currently his major influences are artists like Moderat and Burial. The dark and emotional feelings are a major part of his sound and aesthetic. "Ultimately I want to evoke an emotion of presence and gratitude with my music....that feeling like you could die tomorrow and to love what is here now." With chart topping originals like "Bright Eyes" that reached Top 5 on Hype Machine and alt-pop records like "Reasons" Bradley Marcus wants to create sounds never heard before.
