With her Vietnamese heritage and heavily influenced by her family's love for all music especially Italo Disco, New Wave, Funk, R&B, Soul, and House, the allure of being able to manipulate music inspired Stephanie to explore the art of creating emotions with sound. - STETRA’s love for dancing and fusion of musical genres is ever present in her groove forward eclectic sets she is recognized for. Her "ENMOTION // Daybreak and Nocturnal” series takes the listener on a journey through Lo Fi, Afro, Funk, and Soul to threading the different sub genres of House, Disco, Deep Tech, and Techno. Haunting emotive vocals overlayed on seductive bass lines and trippy atmospheric worldly elements have a heavy influence on STETRA’s mixing style that has caught the attention of music aficionados and artists alike. With her inaugural track release on Little Festival Records recently with Faucon for the Ikinasai EP, STETRA looks forward to releasing more music this year that has been such an inspiration to her.
