Curtis Helm also known by his stage name Mr. 83, is a Native Hawaiian singer, songwriter and record producer from Hawaii. Mr. 83 has been influential in the Hawaii reggae scene beginning in 2004 by performing as a lead member of Hawaii reggae groups such as Inna Vision, Ooklah the Moc and Father Psalms Studio. Mr. 83 continues to share his musical talents by releasing his first solo album entitled “Heartical” in 2019.
