Veda, the new music project from vocalist, songwriter and Hang player Victoria Grebezs. Veda's ethereal voice shapes a distinct sound, blending folk storytelling with contemporary pop and electronica. Through timeless lyrics, she reveals a profound connection to nature and spiritual depth. Veda has toured globally with long-term collaborators Hang Massive and features on their album ‘Distant Light.’ Partnering with renowned producer Andy Barlow (Lamb, U2, David Gray), she is set to release new music later this year. Her debut single, “Let The Music Play,” was inspired by the UK Music Campaign and reflects on the pandemic’s impact on the arts. Her international upbringing—from Zambia to Saudi Arabia, San Francisco to Goa—deeply influences her artistry. Recently awarded the Arts Council’s Developing Your Creative Practice grant, Veda continues to evolve her songwriting and creative vision.
