Chris Vocalz, born with music in his blood. Raised with Southern roots by way of Fayetteville, NC and then fine tuned in Los Angeles, CA for an appreciation and hands on experience in many genres of music. His influences in music by way of his father come from musicians like Earth Wind & Fire, Con Funk Shun, Michael Hendricks, Wilson Pickett to Usher, Joe, Brian McKnight, Al B Sure and many others. In addition to the soulful voice and thought provoking songs he writes, he raps. He is just as talented a rapper as a singer. Bundle all that in addition to the natural ability to write songs, and there is a musician that covers it all. His strong family values and zeal for experience in different demographics with different music styles brought him to Anchorage AK. Assisting family eventually homebound him and began working the local music scene for many years. Now relocated in Washington he continues to use his southern roots and hospitality to meet new people in the music scene. Vocalz has hit the music vibe in his city and made an impact. All self motivated and self funded. He managed to do all this on his own strength. The music flows through the blood and mind and he absorbs knowledge over the years by hands on experience through studio time in with many producers and engineers to become unique in his music. Vocalz as the search for the flight continues, he continues to build and strive to keep making music for the love of the message.
