Dube is an independent Rapper based in the North-East of England and represents the ever growing Middlesbrough music scene. Though he has been writing from the age of 8, the rapper began to take music seriously at the age 16. Taking influence from artists like Kanye West and J. Cole, he began to produce his own tracks at 17 by sampling classic soul records to create a sound that was a balance between classic and contemporary Hip Hop. His lyricism focuses on the issues the youth face in the world today, both from a personal and wider perspective.
