EN The legacy of "Máximo Francisco Repilado Muñoz" nicknamed Compay Segundo, of international renown, is still present on stages all over the world thanks to the musical group Compay Segundo y su grupo founded by himself and which still bore his name when he passed away on July 14th 2003. With the current name of Grupo Compay Segundo the musicians who accompanied him on his triumphant planetary tour: Europe, Japan, the United States, Canada, Latin America, the Middle East and the Caribbean, pay tribute to his memory. Today, they are dedicated to promoting and enriching the musical teachings bequeathed by the Patriarch of the Soneros. New album on October 28th ! Avec l'actuel nom de Grupo Compay Segundo, les musiciens qui l'ont accompagné lors de son périple planétaire triomphal : Europe, Japon, États-Unis, Canada, Amérique latine, Moyen-Orient et Caraïbes ; rendent hommage à sa mémoire.
