From Long Island, NY, electronic artist Pineapple Island is the alias of producer Tommy Pallai. Though constantly involved in various musical experiences throughout his life, his entry into electronic music did not occur until his late teens when he began attending festivals and fell in love with their energy. Starting to DJ, he quickly became enthralled with the sounds of some of his favorite artists, such as Zedd, Flume, and Louis the Child. He spent hours daily self-learning how to produce and develop records into what would become the diverse, electropop sound of Pineapple Island. 
 Pineapple Island’s “Not Over” became a clear break through for him in identifying the direction he would evolve his music. Deciding to cancel all of his upcoming releases, he took a year off from releasing music to refine his sound. 
 His collaboration with KELLIE “Still Call You” is Pineapple Island’s first song since his break and the first single from his forthcoming EP “Spectrum,” which will be available late 2022. The project will highlight the influence of synesthesia in his productions, with each song communicating a unique color and emotion.
