levelboy, better known as level94836, and the owner of "Welfare Gang", is an eccentric, offensive, and erratic musical meme rap/outsider pop persona who never gives up. He is notorious for hits and flops all over the universe. His career began in late 2022 with "levelboy's very good album", but he wishes it didn't. Over time, level began to construct a plethora of different albums of varying quality, plus boatloads of features and collaborations.
