LANKASTER is a Virginia based, one-man, Indie, Alternative band from singer-songwriter Michael Beck. RIP 2019 first uploaded to SoundCloud on the night of New Year's Eve, is a collection of singles and demo versions recorded in that year and years prior. The songs are stripped down and raw featuring deep, hollow plucking-riffs sung over blasé or even at times, mournful, empty vocals. The album is a farewell letter, reflecting on a year of personal and social turmoil while remembering the joys with dreams of the past and future.
