A singer-songwriter and talented musician, Mark Carpio is the man behind the hit song "Hiling," "Kay Tagal," "Ako Na Lang Sana," and "Ikaw Pa Lang." Mark started writing as early as 12 years old and joined a band named “5th Legacy” when he was 14. During his college days, he became part of the band called "Midj." Thanks to these bands' activities, Mark was able to develop his skills in writing music based on his own experiences and finds inspiration from the lives of people around him. To quote his personal standpoint with regards to his music, “I’ve been in love with music ever since I was a kid and during my free time, I have been listening to music, writing and singing which is how I honed my skills." Mark planned out all the songs that became part of his first album, as if mapping out different stages of love and relationships through his songs. The singer-songwriter Mark Carpio returns with his first original song for 2024 via this new track titled "Atin Ang Gabi."
