Prime was born at McLaren Hospital in Flint, Michigan. During his middle school years, Prime developed a love for music, idolizing Lil Wayne, Kevin Gates and Tory Lanez as his favorite artist. Prime began laying verses on paper through middle school and high school, however was focused on a Football career at the time, landing him a spot playing college football. After one season of college football( Due to an injury), Prime took on another big goal. Prime would eventually slowly transition into making music again, leading him to setting up a home studio inside his closet. Prime would make use of this studio by treating it as a second job, working 12 hour shifts then putting in hours of work inside the studio, sleeping only a few hours in between each. Primes’ countless hours of studio time and work would pay off as he would sign to M.U.M.D. Record label.
