Biography

Javier Robles (also known as IMU) grew up in Northern New Jersey for all of his life. Taking an early fascination with hip hop beats, he produced his first song at the age of 14 but didn’t create again artistically until the age of 25 when he debuted his Gary V anthem “Vayner Vybes”. Since then he has released a joint collaborative album with artist Don Ziro entitled “Yellow Dragon Fruit”. His artistic influences include: MF DOOM, Larry June, Ab-Soul, Tyler The Creator, Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, Coldplay, & Phoenix.
