BIOGRAPHY - SLIZZY E (2017). OBETO Slizzy Ehimen, stage name Slizzy-E and popularly known as Edo Boy was born on the 21st January 1984 in Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. He grows up in a community called "Uselu" with his single mother; He attended Paramount Nursery And Primary School in Benin City, then further to Edokpolor grammar school and Springfield secondary school, he did his PRELIN program at Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in 2001. His dream is to become an International musical star. Slizzy-E did his first studio recording section in the year 1998 at Nosa and Franca Studios in Benin City, the song was produced by Spurz Denero. In 2000 he became a DJ in Soundtracks at Uselu were his life history began. In 2001 he won the best DJ in Okada University which motivated him to continue to chase his dream. In 2003 he released a single titled "9ja Maga Maga" which became a hit song in EDO STATE with his continuity in the music scene.Slizzy E has won (4) South South Music Awards and (2) Edo Entertainment Awards as the best artiste of the year and best song of the year which added credits to his name. Slizzy E aka EDO BOY continues to branding the name "EDO BOY" among the Nigerians and to the global awareness. 2017 he signed to Vintess Innovation Entertainment in France and releases his first International hit single titled USELU from the Album USELU under the umbrella of Vintess Innovation Entertainment France.
