Phy’s diminutive size hides her larger-than-life, voice and even bigger personality that has won her fans across East Africa. Thrust onto the scene when she won DSTV’s Maisha Super Star in 2015, Phy broke Kenya’s music charts with hit classic singles Ruka and Taabu (Taboo). She was featured on CNN’s “African Voices'' as potentially Kenya’s next big superstar and currently has two albums, Phylosophy & Biography under her belt. Phy has established global footing through performances at the World Youth Forum in Russia, Reeperbahn Festival in Germany, United Nations SDG Conference also in Germany, and performed for Pope Francis at The Economy of Francesco in Italy. She is also a co-founding member of Nyado, an international collective of creatives and changemakers joining forces from all around the world. Phy aims to establish herself as an all-around creative, thought leader with key interests in music, fashion, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.
