Dre Beeze Da Godson is a gospel hip hop recording artist from Detroit, Michigan. His one of a kind sound, gritty bars, and golden voice combined with out-of-this-world swag make him a stand out artist in his genre. However, growing up on the hard streets of Detroit’s east side, Dre did not always walk with Christ. His mother raised him to be a God fearing man, but still he stopped going to church around the age of 14 and became active in the streets. The street life was depressing though, and eventually Dre hit tough times. In his early 20s he was in a dark place and fed up with way he was living. The death of sister in 2013 devastated him greatly, and finally led him back to Jesus. Dre started rapping for the Lord, and his life would never be the same!
