Kanvers is an artiste, songwriter and producer/composer from Kingston, Jamaica. He has gained acclaim for his level of lyricism and wordplays. Kanvers developed a love for music from a very young age. At the age of seven, he used to dream of being in the field of entertainment and would write poems. Later, continued working on writing and crossed over from poetry to making songs. He released his first EP Titled "My Life My Time" in 2015. Since then, he has produced numerous music projects, ranging from singles to unmixed demos and back to back EPs/Mixtapes. Kanvers has an overall of 13 different projects, with his most recent one being “XXX-MAS Playlist” which was released on December 25, 2023. Kanvers is the type of artiste who focuses on creating music with variation which everyone can be able to relate. He also brings in his interests and aspirations to the songs he makes. He continues to stay as an independent musician without any management or label. The reason behind this is that he wants to create music on his terms. He doesn’t want to work based on the terms set by a label, which is something most artistes prefer. It is a strategy that has assisted him in becoming who Kanvers is now. Kanvers has now started his own label, under the name "1Martian Productions" and is looking forward to produce music for other artistes, and to make not just himself a known figure musically, but also for his label to be successful and well-known on a global level.
