With residencies at Blue Bar Formentera, Babylon Beach Ibiza and El Chiringuito/Es Cavallet, the solar downtempo sound became a trademark over time. These days, George’s night time playground is the mystic LAYLAH in Ibiza town, plus he’s also holding a residency at sunset temple Hostal La Torre… all year round that is. Add radioshows for balearic revelation station MUSIC FOR DREAMS radio & Global FM, being part of Solar Moon recording projects like Chin Chillaz compilation series like Comfy Dub as well as studio/live percussion work - for a.o. slowhouse darlings PAAX (Tulum) neofolk duo Nick & Samantha or reggae don JOHNNY OSBOURNE - plus music curation for eco hotels, you get an idea of what a life completely immersed in music could feel like. Lately, George started recording with balearic fellowman @Chris Coco ( Island Vibrations album OUT NOW) & finally finished his first ever solo effort: the Los Rayos del Sol EP on NuNorthern Soul - with Los Rayos in Dub out since Sep. 2022. After 35 years in the music biz as a percussionist, label manager, producer, remixer and DJ with over 200 compilation contributions plus a yearly average of 150 gigs under the belt, chances are it’s about time.
