The South African singer, songwriter, performer and co-founder of Hunter Rose Entertainment has released a series of solo and collaborative EP’s experimenting and exploring with sounds from the shores of Cape Town to various European studios and is currently working on her Full-length Album. HOLDING/EVOLVING is the latest passion project by Hunter Rose & Maloon TheBoom, released on the 8th of March 2024. The independent songstress from Cape Town, released her second solo EP titled “Butterfly” in April 2023 and has since gained over half a million streams. “The intention behind this project was to celebrate love, honesty, femininity, freedom and the pain that comes with it. A true tale of turmoil & treasure. Coming of age at its finest.” Hunter has also been featured on the “AUGURE” Feature Film soundtrack, by Director and Producer Baloji, premiered at Cannes Film Festival last year. From Film to features, Hunter has an impressive series of solo and collaborative EPs under her belt, renowned debut EP "Love & Trust" to experimental EP "Silver Lining" inspired by her European tour. From opening for the likes of Mi Casa's J Something to FKJ, Hunter’s solo shows are intimate, soulful and heartfelt. Hunter's highly anticipated full length album will explore various, genres, styles and deliveries and set to be released late this year.
