I developed my love of music from an early age, I was told that my dad gave me a drum at the age of 3 and when he saw how I adapted to it he predicted that I would be a musician. At the age of 16 I won a competition at Nubian Spotlight and this introduced me to the music business. Since then I have continued to develop my appreciation of music which range from Dance Hall to playing the acoustic guitar which offers a more mellow sound. The message is still strong, I write all my own songs and the lyrics are based on my experiences and observation of life. My influences span far and wide from my Jamaican grand parents to growing up in an high rise block of flats in the diverse city of London. I have a passion for music that has something to say,music that raises people's consciousness. I am a story teller and the music is the medium I relay the stories through. I have an extensive catalogue of music which charts my development over the years I am on about to incorporate a lot of what I have learnt previously and embark on a new juncture in my musical development.
