【CITADEL】とは、福岡県福岡市にあるカクテルバー 。100 種類を超える自家製リキュール、様々な技法と想像力を用いて作るクラフトカクテル、そしてオリジナルのカクテルを販売するボトルショップとしての機能を持つ、唯一無二のスタイル。 【CITADEL MUSIC】とは、 CITADELがこだわる「オンリーワン」を実現する為に、バーとは切っても切れない音楽を世界に発信するために立ち上げた自社音楽レーベル。CITADEL に所縁があり、福岡にルーツを持つアーティスト達にオリジナ ルの楽曲を制作してもらい、CITADEL MUSIC を通して発信していく。 
 
 
 CITADEL is a cocktail bar that is located in Fukuoka city, Japan. 
 Our bar is very unique because we have more than 100 kinds of homemade liqueurs. 
 We make cocktails with these liqueurs, local ingredients, fresh herbs, spices and coffee with some special methods and equipment. 
 “CITADEL MUSIC” is our original music label that is created for sending our bar culture from Fukuoka to the world.
