Anj is a producer and multi-instrumentalist prodigy, with a passion for re-imagining modern-day pop songs by giving them a nostalgic 80s/90s twist. Incorporating new perspectives on musical dynamics and breathing new life into classic songs, Anj’s creativity was spawned from his long-standing relationship and fascination with the creative process. He began remixing songs and looping drums as a DJ at the young age of 13, and by the following year, he had mastered playing the drums in the school band. After that, learning came at a frantic pace as he taught himself how to play the piano and guitar, made song mashups for amusement, and eventually started making his own music. Anj continues to transform tracks with his alchemic musical ability, working with a collection of talented guest vocalists, he has racked up thousands of streams with his unique take on the Taylor Swift classic, “Anti-Hero” –re-interpreted it into a chilled and funky 90s track - to the Twilight classic, “A Thousand Years”, which Anj re-imagines into a 90s slow jam.
