The rising Hip-Hop/R&B star Jamaal Marvel is building his dream, track by track. A Virginia native, this singer/song-writer/rapper/producer blends the best of all that is loved in Hip-hop, R&B, Funk and Pop into a sound that defines the word unique. Pulling elements of 80’s fun and the heart and vibe of the 90’s, he continuously impresses with creative melodies and relatable lyrics. Jamaal's first studio album “Love & Imperfections” debuted in 2013. In 2015 he co-founded the fusion group Half Black, becoming its lead vocalist. The group’s album “Evolution” debuted in 2016. He was also the vocal melody and lyrical creator behind the 2017 hit Daily, by the artists Rival & Cadmium garnering over 2 million plays on YouTube. The collaborative single “Power of Music” with EDM artist Cadmium also premiered that year. With his second solo studio album in 2020, Jamaal delivers the 1st volume of his musical series “Tales of a Fool” (T.O.A.F). In late 2020. The album featured hits "SUCKER", “Future love”, “Give It To Me", “Mr. Man” and smash hit "DARKSIDE". In 2021, "Saturday Night Lights" the BET featured smash collaboration hit with Tcvschanze dropped. 2022 brought the anticipated "Tales of a Fool: Stormfront EP" with single "Day And Night". With an Alternative version of the initial Tales of a Fool album dropping 1 April 2023, and the 2nd Official Album in the T.O.A.F series releasing late summer, 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Marvel fans!
