A certified member of the Bandulu Gang, Hi5Ghost emerged with his breakthrough single ‘Kung Fu Kick’ on Bandulu Records back in 2014. Following his summer track ‘No Sleep’ on Bristol’s home-grown Hotline Recordings, and the great Peder Mannerfelt on remix duties for the flip, the ‘Holy I$$H’ EP was a more refined approach to his Grime production for Bandulu, compromised with a set staple Lemzly Dale remix. Away from the Bandulu imprint, he heads up his own label called ‘Paper Cranes’, debuting with a joint single from himself and Trends called ‘Duppy Maker / Teflon’ released vinyl only, and his successful single ‘Nook Shot’ accompanied with a unrecognisable signature edit from Commodo for Sector 7 Sounds. Other previous work has been released on the classic Kapsize from Joker, White Peach Records, Reloadz vinyl-only imprint from London and left-field bass specialists 20/20 LDN, headed up by IVY LABS.
