Micah Brown is an independent singer-songwriter and guitarist best-known for his role as lead guitarist and backup vocalist in the California-based alternative reggae-rock band, Iration. Brown joined Iration in 2013 after releasing his debut solo recording, “Down Like Hail” EP, featuring the breakout single “Finally Free” in 2011, and follow-up album “The Isle of Her” featuring the highlight “Spend Your Sunlight” in 2012. 
 Since joining Iration, his solo endeavors have taken a backseat to writing/production with the band, evident on their last five studio releases, “Hotting Up” (2015), “Double Up” (2016), 2018’s self-titled effort “Iration”, "Coastin" (2020) and their latest offering "Daytrippin" released in October 2023. Brown has also stepped into a producer role working with other artists such as break-out songwriter Claire Wright, and plans to continue writing and releasing music as a member of Iration, a solo artist, and a featured artist/producer, which means a year of new music coming soon in 2024.
