Biography

There are very few artists in popular music that have a sonic elasticity that can sit in a myriad of places all at the same time. Reference the extraordinary work of Kate Bush where Avant Garde and the ethereal majesty of pop electronica existed in perfect unison, then you will go a long way to understanding the musical mind of Elleodin. A music producer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and visual artist, she crosses boundaries and enters territories that few would choose to tread. Translucent and casting shades of sound that are soul-catching, her liquid textures are an invite to journey into catacombs of riches. This vibrant, complex, and richly layered waterfall of sound stands in stark contrast to her past musical outlet where she was a bassist in all-female / non-binary punk rock band ‘Bitchin’ Hour’. She is two sides of one coin. A Yin and Yang that can cohabit the same in the same space and it is her solo electronic work that stands as testament to what can be achieved when artists are unbound by accepted norms. Countless singles and one EP already in the bag, her new track Cadmus sets the roadmap for the journey that lies ahead. Delving into a world of analog synths, she is authentic, organic, dark and sunlit in equal proportions. It is rare to find artists that can express themselves so eloquently, but as she learns and evolves, it is fair to say that Elleodin will change the way you feel.
