Dimitris Voutsas is a greek singer, born and raised in Thessaloniki. With studies in classical and later in modern and jazz song, he came to Athens, where in 2013, he distinguished himself as a performer at the 4th singing competition of the record label Mikri Arktos. His first complete studio album 'Vlema Sto Vytho', is released in November 2021, music written by Mimis Nikolopoulos, lyrics by Foteini Lampridi, as well as a participation of Giannis Vassilopoulos. He has originally recorded songs by young composers Kostas Tzanos (Strimogmena , Kato Apo Ti Zoni , 2014) and Spiros Paraskevakos ( I Paralia Tis Caden , 2017). In 2016 he participated in the record 'PIOS MOU HALASE TO TRENO', a song album for children, music written by Giorgos Andreou and lyrics by Paraskevas Karasoulos, Giannis Vassilopoulos, along with Dimitra Galani, Vasilis Papakonstadinou, Korina Legaki and Dimitra Selemidou. He also collaborated with Grigoris Polyzos, Athina Spanou and Polyxeni Karakoglou for the song San Tin Vrochi . In 2018 he participated in the album ‘Vertigo’, seven songs in the form of a suite, based on the poetry of Gustavo Adolfo Bequer to music by Nikos Hatzieleftheriou and a poetic performance in Greek by Peroulis Sakkelaridis.
