keyzIIXIV & kayneIIXIV linked up in the summer of 2008 after finding out about each other's musical talents. While working on their first collaboration "Dance With Me" they found out that they have the same ear for music and continued to shell out song after song. Soon, friends and family learned of their work as their song "Baby Girl", a remake of Plies' song "Buss It Baby", became popular on MySpace with thousands of plays. 
 BlueAce's musical journey started at the age of 7 when his older brother, kayne wrote a rap for him for a school project. Since then, he has played with the art along with his older brother and appeared on a few of his songs throughout the years. His style is very laid back & versatile, due to the extremely wide range of music he listens to. 
 The unnamed collective burst onto the scene together along with former member I.V. on Valentine's Day 2012 with the release of a mixtape entitled "II XIV". Later that year, members keyz & kayne released their debut LP The Patrón Effect online through iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Tidal, Amazon, & plenty more under the name II XIV.
