TOTALFAT（トータルファット）は、2000年に結成された日本のメロディック・ハードコアバンドである。 
 Strongly moved by a The Offspring concert in 1999, schoolmates Shun (vocals, bass) and Bunta (drums, chorus) created TOTALFAT. The two members welcomed Jose as their vocalist and guitarist, TOTALFAT played their first gig as a NOFX cover band in Hachioji, Tokyo in 2000. Inspired by artists such as Blink182, The Offspring, NOFX, GREEN DAY, and GOLDFINGER; TOTALFAT's music has constantly gained popularity, and had their first massive music festival appearance at PUNKSPRING in 2008. Since then they have been persistently performing at large festivals, and in 2016 they were the first ever Japanese artist to headline PUNKSPRING. Place to Try has been one of their most popular songs ever since it was featured as the ending theme for the hit anime, NARUTO:Shippuden in 2011. Good Bye, Good Luck was also used as the opening theme for NARUTO, and these songs lead to gaining recognition around the world. Starting from 2013, TOTALFAT has been performing abroad, headlining at an Indonesian festival, and playing in Taiwan as a part of their tour. They have been continuously performing at the two countries ever since. In 2018 they held their first China tour and performed in Korea as well.
