Kofi "Pillsbury" Jenkins is an artist in every aspect of the word. From poetry to paintings this Albany, Georgia, gatekeeper's catalog is versatile and extensive. Recording music in a professional setting since 1997, "Pills" (short for Pillsbury) was heavily influenced by The Wu-Tang Clan, The Dungeon Family, and Death Row Records. Combining elements from three cardinal directions would create a sea of mixtapes leading up to the first online release of "The Silence of the Fans" in 2016. The album's final song, titled "Can You Believe," was hand-picked by NBC. Landing on season 5; episode 1 of their number one show "The Blacklist" streaming over six figures worldwide. Forming The Disco Kids LLC in 2021, Kofi's independent label would go on to sell everything from classic albums to baby onesies. He's been noticed by and has worked with mainstream artists from Jadakiss, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, to DJ Drama. What Jack Nicholson is for the Lakers... what Spike Lee is for the Knicks... Kofi Jenkins is this for hip-hop. Sworn to leave this genre in a better place than he found it, alongside Tyler Glover, Hennakuz "The Rude Boi" Aquarian, Cash M.B.M.G. & THE greatest fans on earth...WE ARE Disco Nation !!!
