Lea is a Brooklyn-based DJ, house music producer, and remixer. Trained in classical and soul gospel music, Lea’s productions span NY-style underground, soulful house, deep house, and afro house. As a DJ and producer, Lea is known for creating deep, seductive aural landscapes. Playing in various venues in New York, while being active in the international house music community, she has been a featured guest on the Spread Love Show on Ujima Radio (Bristol, UK) and on London’s Mi-Soul Radio with Ronnie Herel. Her past releases such as “Joburg” (a collab with Oscar P on Open Bar Music) and remix of James Brown’s “It’s a Man’s World” (on Exemplary Music Makerz), are frequently played by top DJs on the international dance music scene. She currently has releases with Open Bar Music, Soundmen on Wax, Deep Culture Music, TSTC and Exemplary Music Makerz.
