Ekeh Precious Chidubem, known professionally as Dicey, is a rising star in the Nigerian music scene, celebrated for his versatile sound and compelling lyrical narratives. Born on March 23, 2006, in Abuja, Dicey first captured attention with his single "Don't Leave" in 2021. His debut EP, "Trouble in Paradise," followed in January 2022, showcasing his distinctive style and musical depth. In November 2023, Dicey released his highly anticipated debut album, "Fire and Flowers," which featured 17 tracks and numerous collaborations. Importantly, the single "Toxic" from this album debuted at number 2 on the "Talent Showcase Africa Radio Charts" by Nam-radio, marking a pivotal moment in his burgeoning career. Since the release of "Fire and Flowers," Dicey has continued to expand his discography with five more singles, including "High Thoughts"—his first foray into rap—alongside "Saturday Night," "Sad and Sober/Go Home," and "Do You?". Dicey's evolution as an artist is evident in his improved musical production and songwriting skills, which continue to refine and elevate his unique sound. This growth reflects his ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of his creative expression. In addition to his music, Dicey is dedicated to nurturing new talent through his record label, Emperians Nation, which he founded in 2022.
