Two of Australia’s most exciting and emerging producers; Sonny Grin and Casper (Kats), have joined forces in their collaborative endeavour Nightset. Combining elements of house, jazz, dance and disco, the two multi-instrumentalists the Nightset project embodies their shared love for improvisation and electronic music. Similar to innovative artists like Crackazat, Kamaal Williams, Harvey Sutherland and Dan Kye, Nightset’s compositional style almost solely made up of live instrumentation. Utilising their combined prowess on keyboards, synthesisers, guitars, drums and percussion, Nightset are breathing new life into the house and dance genre.
