Extra Sauce is one of the many colors of Hani's creative mind on his label Soterios Records. It all started when Hani began experimenting with various directions & sub-genres within House Music but did not want to overuse his name. Extra Sauce, in particular, is an experimental period for the label and a vehicle for collaborations.
