MOLØ's musical career commenced in 2018, influenced by her father, a Stockholm-based selector. Her talents were initially recognized by Jeremy Olander, a prominent figure in melodic house music. An invitation to open for Olander's sold-out label showcase was extended, followed by studio collaborations resulting in the single 'Vanadis'. The release of MOLØ's solo debut EP 'Luma' achieved a #3 position on Beatport. Subsequently, a nomination for Artist of the Year in the Dance category at the Swedish Independent Music Awards was received. Her first career remix, a rendition of Duccio's 'What If?', was released on Moscoman's Disco Halal label. Attention from the music industry led to a remix request from Anjunadeep for Eli & Fur's work, alongside Maya Jane Coles, Fur Coat and Francesca Lombardo. Her interpretation of 'Wild Skies' was featured by Sian Eleri on BBC Radio 1's 'Chillest Show'. In 2024, MOLØ's debut album was released on Vivrant, featuring collaborations with Running Pine, Atish, and boerd. The project, titled 'Aqua Lull', received editorial support on various Spotify playlists including Open Air, New Music Friday, and Night Rider. This album introduced a more experimental and electronica-influenced sound to the Swedish artist's repertoire.
