From an early age, I discovered my love for rapping when a babysitter allowed me to record my first song at the tender age of 7 — a moment that ignited a lifelong passion. Having attended Loyola College of Music, I immersed myself in Music Industry Studies, delving into the intricacies of the business side of music. Under the mentorship of Hal Williams from Jet Age Of Tomorrow and Odd Future, I honed my craft and drew inspiration from the rich tapestry of down south and a touch of the west coast. Influenced by legends like Devin The Dude, Curren$y, Big Krit, 2Pac, Suga Free, YG, and Nipsey Hussle, my music is a fusion, akin to a pot of Gumbo, blending the diverse flavors of my influences into a unique sound. Themes of entrepreneurship and addressing the real issues that permeate our world are the driving forces behind my lyrics, creating a musical narrative that resonates with authenticity and relevance. One of my proudest moments came with a co-sign from Hopsin, who questioned why I haven't blown up yet — a testament to the impact and potential of my artistry. I take full creative control, producing every track with a hands-on approach that ensures my sound remains genuine and true to my vision.
